4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect, shipping error, or our fault, Cresthato.com will cover the return shipping costs.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where Cresthato.com is at fault.
5. Refund Process

- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

6. Exchanges
